These Terms & Conditions apply to all Myofix Wellness Memberships (“Membership”) offered by Myofix Wellness (Myofix Massage Therapy). By joining a Membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Membership Plans & Inclusions
Myofix Wellness currently offers two recurring monthly membership plans:
🌿 Wellness Starter
$89 /month
Includes:
- 1 × 60-minute Remedial Massage per month
- 10% discount on eligible retail products and herbal infusions
- Welcome Pack: Rose Red Date Tea Pack (once per new member sign-up)
- Digital membership card (Apple/Google Wallet)
- SMS reminders, and access to private member group
🔥 Holistic Balance
$169/month
Includes:
- 1 × Warm-Heat Moxibustion Therapy per month
- 1 × VitalQi Bio-Therapy session per month
- 15% discount on eligible retail products and herbal infusions
- Seasonal workshop access: Three Treasures Health Cultivation (养生三宝) events (schedule subject to availability)
- 15-minute lifestyle and TCM health consultation
- Welcome Pack B: Rose Red Date Tea Pack + Footspa Liquid Gel (once per new member sign-up)
- Digital membership card, SMS reminders and access to private member group
💡 Inclusions and benefits may be changed, updated, or extended. Any material changes will be communicated to active members.
2. Billing, Payments & Renewal
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and/or PayPal.
By subscribing, you authorise Myofix Wellness and its payment providers to automatically deduct fees from your chosen payment method.
Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.
If a payment fails, benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Prices are in AUD and may change with notice to members.
3. Cancellation Policy (“Cancel Anytime”)
Consistency is the secret to healing. Instead of “one-off” treatments, our memberships encourage regular care so we can support your body to repair, rebalance and stay well.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
A minimum of 14 days notice before your next billing date is required to avoid the next charge.
After cancellation, membership remains active until the end of your current paid month.
Membership payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Prices are in AUD and may change with notice to members.
4. Monthly Sessions & Rollover Policy
Sessions are valid only within the membership month they are issued.
Unused sessions do NOT roll over into the next month.
Members are encouraged to book early to secure preferred times.
Standard clinic cancellation and no-show fees apply to missed appointments.
Prices are in AUD and may change with notice to members.
5. Discounts & Member Benefits
Member discounts apply only when membership is active and payments are up to date.
Discounts cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with some promotions.
Priority booking, seasonal gifts, and workshop access may vary based on availability.
6. Welcome Pack B (One-time Benefit)
Each new member subscription includes a one-time Welcome Pack B:

🎁 Footspa Liquid Gel
Provided once per new membership sign-up per person.
Not redeemable for cash or product substitution.
Members are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and usage suitability.
7. Health & Safety
Member discounts apply only when membership is active and payments are up to date.
Some conditions may require clearance or modification of treatment, including pregnancy, circulatory disorders, open wounds, infections, fever, or certain chronic illnesses.
Members must inform practitioners of any medical changes before treatment.
Myofix Wellness reserves the right to modify or decline treatment if clinically appropriate for safety.
8. Digital Membership Card (Apple/Google Wallet)
Active members may receive a digital membership card for identity and benefit verification.
The card may display:
Member name & membership plan
Valid until (current billing cycle end)
Links to booking and membership information
Lost or inactive cards may be revoked or reissued as required.
9. Transfers & Sharing
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Benefits may only be used by the named member.
Memberships cannot be shared among family or friends unless a special family membership category is introduced.
10. Changes to Membership Terms
Myofix Wellness may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and shared with active members. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
