Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships renew monthly. You can cancel with at least 14 days notice before your next billing date so we can process it in time. Your membership will then end at the end of your current paid period.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. To support consistent care, sessions are valid only within the month they are issued and do not roll over. We encourage you to book early so you don’t miss out.
Can I claim private health rebates?
Where applicable, you may still be able to claim private health rebates on included remedial massage sessions. Please speak with our team and your health fund to confirm your eligibility and requirements.
How do I access member discounts and gifts?
When you’re an active member, simply let us know at checkout. Your digital membership card and our system will show your current plan, and eligible discounts and seasonal gifts will be applied.
How will I receive my digital membership card?
After you join, we’ll send you a link to add your Myofix Wellness membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You can show this on your phone when you visit.
Is this membership suitable for everyone?
We work with you individually and will always assess safety for your unique health situation. Some conditions may require medical clearance or modified treatment. Memberships are not a substitute for medical care and we may adjust or pause your plan if needed for your wellbeing.

# Myofix Wellness Membership Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all Myofix Wellness Memberships (“Membership”) offered by Myofix Wellness (Myofix Massage Therapy). By joining a Membership, you agree to these Terms. --- ## 1. Membership Plans We currently offer two main plans: 1. **Wellness Starter – $89/month** - 1 × 60-minute Remedial Massage per month - 10% discount on eligible retail products and herbal infusions - Welcome Pack: Rose Red Date Tea Pack - Digital membership card (Apple/Google Wallet), SMS reminders 2. **Holistic Balance – $169/month** - 1 × Warm-Heat Moxibustion Therapy per month - 1 × VitalQi Bio-Therapy session per month - 15% discount on eligible retail products and herbal infusions - Free entry to selected seasonal workshops, including “Three Treasures Health Cultivation (养生三宝)” events - 15-minute lifestyle and TCM health consultation - Welcome Pack B: Rose Red Date Tea Pack + Footspa Liquid Gel - Digital membership card, SMS reminders Inclusions may change from time to time. Any material change will be communicated to members with reasonable notice. --- ## 2. Billing & Payments - Membership fees are charged **monthly in advance** via Stripe and/or PayPal using the payment method you provide at sign-up. - By joining, you authorise Myofix Wellness and our payment processors to automatically debit your nominated payment method each month until you cancel. - If a payment fails, we may contact you to update your details and may temporarily suspend Membership benefits until payment is successfully processed. - Prices are in AUD and may be adjusted from time to time. We will provide notice of any price changes for existing members. --- ## 3. Duration, Renewal & Cancellation - Memberships run on a **month-to-month basis** and **auto-renew** each month unless cancelled. - You may cancel at any time by providing at least **14 days notice** before your next billing date. - Upon cancellation, your Membership remains active until the end of the current paid month. No further monthly fees will be charged after that. - Payments already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. --- ## 4. Sessions & Usage - Each plan includes a set number of sessions per month, as listed in the plan description. - Sessions are **valid only within the membership month** they are allocated and **do not roll over** into future months. - It is your responsibility to book your sessions in time. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred times. - If you miss or do not attend a booked session, our usual clinic cancellation and no-show policies (including any applicable fees) apply. - We reserve the right to reschedule or modify treatments if clinically indicated for your safety and wellbeing. --- ## 5. Discounts & Member Benefits - Discounts on products and services apply only while your Membership is active and your payments are up to date. - Discounts are not transferable and cannot be combined with some other promotions unless stated. - Free or discounted workshop access is available on selected dates, subject to availability and any booking limits. - Additional member perks (e.g. birthday gifts, private groups, priority booking) may vary or change from time to time. --- ## 6. Welcome Pack B - New members receive **Welcome Pack B** once per new membership sign-up: - Rose Red Date Tea Pack - Footspa Liquid Gel - Welcome packs are provided per person, not per billing cycle, and are not exchangeable for cash. - If you have allergies or sensitivities, please advise us before using any products. You are responsible for reading product labels and using items appropriately. --- ## 7. Health, Safety & Suitability - Membership treatments, including remedial massage, moxibustion and VitalQi therapy, are provided according to clinical judgement and may not be suitable for all health conditions. - You must inform your practitioner of your medical history, medications, pregnancy status and any changes in your health. - We may modify or pause certain treatment components if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate for you. - Myofix Wellness Memberships are **not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment**. Always consult your doctor or health professional regarding serious or ongoing medical concerns. --- ## 8. Digital Membership Card & Communications - Active members may receive a digital membership card for Apple Wallet and/or Google Wallet as a convenient way to identify your plan and eligibility for benefits. - We may send SMS and/or email reminders for appointments, membership updates and member-only news. You can update your communication preferences at any time, but important service messages may still be required. --- ## 9. Membership Transfer & Sharing - Memberships are **personal and non-transferable**. Benefits may only be used by the named member. - Memberships cannot be shared between family members or friends unless a specific family plan is advertised. --- ## 10. Changes to Memberships & Terms - Myofix Wellness reserves the right to update or discontinue certain memberships, inclusions or perks. - If we make a material change to your plan or to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice to the email address you have provided. - Continued use of your Membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. --- ## 11.
