In many instances, people may feel more relaxed in starting off talking, then as the massage progresses, enter a quiet state of relaxation. Some people even fall into a deep sleep whilst undergoing their treatment.
It is very important to speak up immediately if the Massage Therapist should ever do anything which may make you feel uncomfortable. This includes the pressure of the massage, the music as well as the lighting or the temperature of the room. If something is not working for you, please do speak up, this is OK!
Do I have to listen to music during my massage session?
It is completely up to you whether you want music playing or not. Naturally there will be music playing, however if you’d prefer there be no music please request this with the Massage Therapist and they will turn the music off for you.
