There are four seasons in a year which are spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each season has an average of three months. From the thrilling solar term the second month is when spring begins. Chrysanthemum is a wind medicine that enters the liver meridian which can lift the medicinal properties upward.  According to the medicinal properties: white chrysanthemum is calm and suitable for daily drinking; wild chrysanthemum is the coldest, clearing fire and detoxification; yellow chrysanthemum is cool and heat-reducing, and yellow chrysanthemum can be used to regulate inflammation.

Green Tea

Green tea can reduce inflammation and detoxification, and has the effect of lowering lipids. It can promote liver detoxification and metabolism, and get rid of some excess fat before summer.
